CGTV is the Government Access Channel used by the City of Champaign, Illinois and other defined local government entities to provide information about government deliberations, activities, services, and events. CGTV is carried live on Comcast cable channel 5, AT&T U-verse channel 99, and online at www.ci.champaign.il.us/cgtv. CGTV carries LIVE and replayed coverage of City Council, Board, and Commission meetings 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. CGTV also televises Unit 4 Board of Education and Champaign County Board meetings. Between programs, CGTV uses an electronic Bulletin Board system to share valuable information about City and City-sponsored events and announcements with the Community.
